Great prices, accommodated my busy schedule for a small job and installed quickly.

The company cannot measure the counter tops properly. In order to get the kitchen sink in the centre of the cabinet. we had to cut a hole in the drywall so the counter top could be pushed in. That was not enough to have the sink centred, Then I had to wedge the sink lip between the counter top and cabinet. We were told they where going to install the sinks. They did not. The lazy Susan cabinet is still not plumb, vertically up and down. They told us it can’t be fixed. I was blamed twice when calls had to be made. My father in-law gave him prints on how the counter tops in the bathroom should be. He forgot about the prints my father in-law gave him, so he had to ask me. I asked if he had a direction, he said no, so I had to make a call. When it was different from the wishes of the father in-law, I was to be blamed. Now the partner company is no better. When they came to remove the old kitchen, they stood around not wanting to dismantle the cabinet in one piece. They do not practice safety. not using gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, or face shields. We still have cabinets that are not plumb or square. We asked for the range to be moved over two inches, so when it was time to install the microwave over the range, it was off by two inches. They forgot to take into account that the over the range microwave and upper cabinets had to be moved over two inches also, we had to beg for them to come back to fix it. I wanted to start installing the back splash but could not due to the upper cabinets not being centre over the range, and another cabinet on the right side was not matching. Then when it came to the kicks, the kicks go from 4.24 inch to 6”. So the whole base cabinets are off. The cabinet doors do not close flush. My overall experience with company, was many painful days begging them to come back. They made so many mistake and we paid them in full up front, no questions asked. Word of advice, get yourself a general contractor, and do not let a kitchen company sell you a product that is the focal point of you house with out someone guiding you through the process. This is a company that sells kitchens, that is only a 1/4 of the puzzle, you need to think about back splash, floors, paint. Always sign a contract to protect the home owner. Because in todays world, there is no more the customer is always right. This is my Experience. And it was a good lesson learned.
