First time tasting bibimbap and it tasted amazing. Spicy and full of flavour. Served very hot in a stone bowl that keeps it hot for a very long time.

I definitely recommand this place for korean food! It’s so good. The beef tartare is must. It’s fresh and it tastes amazing. The sweet chickie too, a nice appetizers to share. Small bits of fried chicken with a sweet sauce. They also have a lot of soups choices, with rice or noodles. The kbbq for 2 comes with a salad and a bowl of rice. I tried beef and pork and I prefer the beef since it’s marinated. The soju mojito is a really nice drink to share with your table, it’s sweet and really refreshing. The only downside is the waiting time, you can’t reserve but the food is worth it :)!

Unbelievable Korean dinner, ambience was 10/10. The moment you enter you’re greeted with warm lighting, the divine scent of boiling noodles + gochujang, and a soft chatter that fills the dining area. The picnic tables are perfect for groups small or large, and the smaller tables by the windows in the front of the area are apt for people-watching the meanderings of those exploring St Cats by night. I had an exquisite teokk bok ki to which I added ramen, and a side of perfectly fermented kimchi (2 ways!) The menu items are hearty and extremely affordable given the generous portion sizes. I was full to the brim and still took almost half of my meal home. If you want authentic, homey, soul-nourishing Korean cuisine— this is the best spot in the area.

Amazing food 50$ each all u can eat bbq. Ambiance was oh wow. My first K bbq and the cooking yourself, the eating with chopsticks , the food yumm, all was good just that they don’t do reservations, they say come we ll see if there is vacancy b when u leave for other place they call u back. That part was bit shady . Apart from that muuaa amazing food.

We made reservations and when we arrived our table was ready and waiting for us! Very popular and with good reason. Kind service, delicious food and beautiful presentation. Unfortunately, none of our appetizers or entrees arrived at the same time. The first person received their entrée and there was at least five minutes before the next person received theirs. We were a group of 5 and I received my entrée 29 minutes later. It is a fun and engaged atmosphere which helped immensely with the waiting!! Other than that issue it was an excellent meal with fresh ingredients. At check out they were very apologetic and sweet. An overall wonderful experience and I recommend this Korean gem! Book ahead as it is in high demand. Note - Must be at least 3 people for reservations. Walk-in permits two people at a time. #localguide

A Korean friend recommended me this place and we really enjoyed it. The food was good and the service was excellent! The waitress was extremely nice (in the receipt says her name is Yosshi), we explained her it was our first time trying Korean BBQ and she paid attention to every single detail, she guided us through the menu and everything we took was delicious. After we received the food she was there to explain us how to use the sauces and everything. We are definitely coming back very soon! ❤️

Excellent waiter and service. They were super friendly and patient. We ordered the bibimbap, beef tartare, fried chicken, and yakki udon. All of it looked and tasted great. The sweet chickie was a standout appeitizer for me because it was so light and fluffy, not greasy at all, with a light coating of sweet sauce. The beef tartare was fresh and delicious. The dolsot bibimbap stole the show with the sizzle in the stone bowl. And the restaurant has a chic, greenhouse look out seating area with fairy lights and chandeliers.

This was definitely one of the great korean restaurants downtown. For appetizers, the Tteokbokki with cheese was flavourful (sauce was delicious), the seafood pancake was great (although I wish they put a bit more of sauce with it). For the main course, I had the pork Chulpan (Jeyuk) which was paired with a bibimbap and the flavours were amazing. Just the right amount of spice and sauce with vegetables adding a small crunch for the texture (the meal could only be shared by two people). Abother friend had a curry udon which was delicious as well. Highly recommend this restaurant.
