Billie somehow always knows, and I leave happier and more confident than ever! Seriously, this girl is so talented!

I got color done for the first time and this is the very first time I’ve ever gone into a salon with a vision and left with exactly what I wanted - color and cut! I was apprehensive about getting color done but Billie kept it fun and exciting, and the salon is chill and gorgeous. Safe to say I will not be going anywhere else in Kelowna!
