Not only was the food absolutely incredible, but the staff and the organization exceeded my expectations. I would highly reccomend them to anyone needing any event catered.

Once we met with Jacques and tasted his food we stopped looking immediately and made sure to secure Salt N Sear for our wedding. We started planning our wedding in 2019 and Salt N Sear stuck with us through two covid cancellations. Jacques & Janice didn't miss a beat! They were incredibly patient and responsive to all our requests and ever changing details of our wedding. Salt n Sear was able to accommodate both new dates and were able to adjust the wedding size and wedding location to suit the government guidelines. Now that our wedding has finally come and gone, almost everyone that attended has come back and said that was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. My wife and I could not agree more! We wanted to ensure the food stood out from everything else and I'd say Salt N Sear definitely accomplished that. All Salt n Sears staff for the evening were professional and friendly and they all made the night flow incredibly smooth and everything went 100% according to planned. I would recommend Salt n Sear as a caterer to anyone that is looking for one. You will not be disappointed!

On top of catering work Christmas events, they recently catered a work event with one of our company's main business partners, and everyone was blown away at how good the food was - it stole the show. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jacques, Janice, and the rest of the crew were top-notch, and all of our guests were raving about the food. I've enjoyed their catering on several occasions, and I'm always impressed by the passion & quality that Salt N Sear bring to the table. Jacques and Janice were great in getting everything organized even though we planned very last minute. Their set up and service at the event were fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. The whole family was very impressed with the entire event, especially the food, and it was a great way for us to celebrate.

We hired them for a plated experience consisting of: Odours, Charcuterie, Salad, Entree and Late Night Dinner. The entree were Beef, Checking, and Vegatarian. Tasting/Planning with them was totally simple/easy. A lot of places I inquired about gave us a "Set Menu" to pick from, but Salt N Sear didn't back away from any "Musts" or "Suggestions" my partner and I had. They also didn't make my partner and I feel dumb/unwanted when we provided feedback/changes to the menu. Salt N Sear has been given great feedback by my wedding co-ordinator and were team players for the entire vendor team. They are upfront and quick to respond to e-mails, and on the day of the wedding they helped other vendors when needed (Clearing dishes for Bartenders, etc). Chef Jacques food was highly praised by our guests. Favourite items from our guests was the slow cooked beef, late night pizza, and the charcuterie selection. I would suggest Salt N Sear to my friends/Family for any parties that are being planned.
