Elle m'a très bien écouté et a répondu à mon besoin à 100% Elle m'a expliqué comment elle travaillait; je me suis sentie en confiance. Je pense que le tout a pris plus de temps qu'elle avait prévu mais il n'y avait aucune impatience de sa part. Cette femme est vraiment à sa place pour travailler avec le public. 1st visit I adopted Karine as a hairdresser. I love the color of my locks. She listened very well to me and answered my need 100% She explained to me how she worked; I felt confident. I think it took longer than she expected but there was no impatience on her part. This woman is really in her place to work with the public.
S	Sylvie tiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On m'avait recommandé ce Salon, on m'a dit Karine est super... du coup j'ai pris rendez-vous avec cette coiffeuse, pour une simple coupe et j'ai été très très déçu, car j'ai dû intervenir plusieurs fois car j'avais un côté tout croche par rapport à l'autre, j'ai dû lui dire plusieurs fois pour que ce soit correct. Aussi, une de ces clientes habituées est arrivée et j'ai eu l'impression qu'elle voulait finir vite pour s'occuper d'elle. Donc très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas Karine, manque de professionnalisme et sens de l'importance du client quel qu’ils soient, je ne sais pas ce que valent les autres mais en tout cas je vous déconseille ce salon qui néglige les nouvelles clientes et qui allait me laisser repartir avec une coupe tout croche si je n'avais rien dit...
