On me dit que c'est 54$+ (pensant que ça voulait dire 54 + taxes) alors je dis d'accord, je prend donc le rdv durant la même conversation. Rendue à la caisse, à ma grande surprise c'était 75$! Pourquoi ne pas me l'avoir dit au tél? La personne savait très bien avec qui elle m'a booké, c'était durant la même conversation! La coupe a duré 30 min, c'était correct sans plus. La personne qui a coupé était gentille, pas bavarde mais on sentait qu'elle était surveillée. On ne m'a même pas offert d'eau ou café, comme partout ailleurs. J'ai voulu prendre rdv pour des mèches, on me dit qu'il faut payer à l'avance un dépôt. J'ai jamais vu ça. Et je suis habituée à des salons haut de gamme. En plus, on me dit qu'une tête complète est 300$. J'ai laissé faire. Expérience décevante, je n'y retournerai pas. I called this salon to find out the prices and to make an appointment for a haircut. I'm told it's $54+ (thinking it meant $54 + tax) so I say okay, so I make the appointment during the same conversation. At the checkout, to my surprise it was $75! Why didn't you tell me on the phone? The person knew very well with whom she booked me, it was during the same conversation! The haircut lasted 30 min, it was just okay. The person who cut was nice, not talkative but we felt that she was being watched. They didn't even offer me water or coffee, like everywhere else. I wanted to make an appointment for highlights, I am told that a deposit must be paid in advance. I never saw that. And I'm used to high-end salons. Plus, I'm told a full head is $300. I let it happen. Disappointing experience, won't be going back.

Une coloration fut vraiment déplaisante. J’ai été une cliente régulière, mais grâce à la dame blonde dont j’ignore son nom, c’était la dernière fois. La coiffeuse était fine , mais oh boy elle se faisait checker - pauvre elle . A sa place je changerais de place … ce n’était pas Saine et elle était pas mal cheap en refusant d’appliquer un couleur extra pour uniformisée .. m’y god … de toute ma vie , je n’ai pas rencontrer quelqu’un d’aussi impolit et cheap. A cause de son attitude rude et pas courtois, malheureusement, j’irais voir un autre salon de coiffure. Really quite an experience with the owner. Usually the owners put their customers at ease. But here it was quite the opposite. A coloring was really unpleasant. I've been a regular customer, but thanks to the blonde lady whose name I don't know, it was the last time. The hairdresser was fine, but oh boy she was getting checked-poor her. In her place I would change places… it wasn't Healthy and she was pretty cheap by refusing to apply an extra color to make it uniform.. my god… in all my life, I haven't met anyone one so rude and cheap. Because of his rude and uncourteous attitude, unfortunately, I would go to another hair salon.

a	audrey v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin, the hairdresser didn't even say 'Hello' and started arguing with me about the time of the appointment. Very rude and unsmiling. Went in for a little girls hair-do which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Overpriced for the quality of work done.

I felt like I was a number and she didn’t want to spend much of haircolor … kept coming and checking if her worker was not putting too much. Very bad experience I had. I am a regular client and always went there and loved my hairdresser , however , with that kind of behaviour from the owner, it was my last. Sucks but when you treat people like that, you lose customers. Goodbye so blond! Never ever again.
