Service and execution far out weighs the price they charge, which is beyond reasonable. My new spot:-)

I wish I could give less than 1 star. First of all, this store has no sign and does not accept Debit or Credit - which should have been my first warning sign. But I decided to give it a shot, "don't judge a book by its cover" and all that. The gentleman who did my nails was friendly and chatty, which gave me back some hope. As he sped through my nails, removing the gel and color from my last nail appointment, I would point out a few things, or answer his questions..."yes, I like the length, no I do not want to cut them, yes I like the shape". When he was done prepping them and putting on the powder, I pointed out my right thumb that was rough and uneven. "You're too picky!” he said. -_- Once he put on the color, I noticed it was a bit see through and not close enough to my cuticles, I asked him to fix it and he interrupted me and said "YES, YES, Next coat". So, I waited. When he was done I started to look them over, and before I had a chance, he hopped to the next client, yelling back at me: "We don’t take Bank Card or Credit Card, so go to ATM and come back". Ok. So I went. As I waited to take out cash to pay, I realized one side of my pinky nail was incomplete and smudged. Every single nail had uneven nail polish, the lines on the side and against the cuticles were a mess, polish on the cuticles, bubbles and see through polish. Am I really about to pay $30 for 30 min of bad work? Surely he would be open to fixing them? Right? WRONG! When I went back (despite the devil on my shoulder telling me to just leave and never look back), I told him straight: I am not happy with this. No offense, but they are messy and don't look professional. "Well, what do you want me to do?” I would like to not pay for this, or have you fix them. "Ok, come back tomorrow and I will fix them". Ok, when I come back tomorrow I will pay you then. "NO! PAY NOW". But, I don’t want to pay until you've completed the job. "NO, YOU HAVE TO PAY NOW!" At this point, he was yelling at me. So I said, how about I just pay you part of it and we call this a day? "NO, PAY NOW!" Sir, you are getting upset for nothing, I am simply telling you I am unhappy with the work, don't take it personally. "NO, YOU HAVE TO PAY!" So at this point, I’m furious. I offered to come back and let him fix it, and I would pay then, or pay half, or half now half when he is done, and he wouldn't hear it. While trying to negotiate, he continued to yell, grabbed the phone and CALLED THE POLICE!! I didn't raise my voice, I didn't swear, I didn't run, I sat there, waiting for the police to come. IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING? The poor police officer and his partner looked so confused. "This is not a criminal matter" they said. "We can't force you to pay, this is a civil issue that he can pursue if he wants, but not criminal. We advise you to pay and never come back. Leave bad reviews everywhere and also call the Consumer Rights department of the Government and file a complaint." All the while, trying not to laugh. Needless to say, I didn’t have the time to fight with this hot headed man. So I paid. I was also nice enough to warn them I would be doing exactly as was suggested to me. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. The male employee is unreasonable and has over evaluated his ability. He rushed the job (30 min to remove and refill an entire Gel set) and then couldn't accept that someone might not be satisfied. Shame on him.

The coats were too thin and the shellac started to peel after 1 week. He did an entire set in less than 30 minutes and I was standing the whole time. You get what you pay for so buyer beware ! No debit or credit card but cash only which I find is inconvenient.

I love this place so much! Staff is so kind and respectful. I go with my mom and we always have a great experience. They have a wide variety of colours to choose form and they do a good job! I come back every time for the nice service and the colour choices :)

Bad experience. Peel off after 5 days and I payed $60 for it (shellac) I will not go back.

It's a small, family-run place, offering pleasant and conscientious service. My wife is a frequent and happy customer... I am less enthralled. Have only experienced pedicures there and can say that they give good value; if you are not looking for a fancy interior, by all means give them a try.
