★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malheureusement, j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec mon chat. Je suis allé dans ce salon de coiffure pour animaux de compagnie pour laver et couper les poils de mon chat. La personne responsable de la coupe de cheveux de mon chat ne traitait pas bien mon chat et ne possédait pas non plus de technique d'élevage. Elle était très agressive pour garder mon chat.
Et finalement, la coupe de cheveux était très négligée et totalement non professionnelle. Tout le processus de rasage des cheveux prenait moins de dix minutes et elle craignait tout le temps que la prochaine cliente attende derrière la porte. Elle voulait juste que le travail soit fait indépendamment de la qualité du travail et de la satisfaction du client.
Totalement, je ne recommande pas ce centre à ceux qui cherchent à laver et couper les poils du chat.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with my cat. I went to this pet salon to wash and cut my cat's hair. The person responsible for my cat's haircut did not treat my cat well and did not have a breeding technique either. She was very aggressive to keep my cat.
And finally, the haircut was very neglected and totally unprofessional. The entire process of shaving her hair took less than ten minutes and she was worried all the time that the next client would wait behind the door. She just wanted the job to be done regardless of the quality of the work and the customer satisfaction.
Totally, I do not recommend this center to anyone looking to wash and cut the cat's hair.

Elle est toujours bien traitée, elle aime y aller et elle est tellement fière ensuite.
En passant, ils font du gros chien comme un gros chien doit être fait. Les propriétaires de gros chiens me comprendront ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tout d'abord, j'ai pris rendez-vous par téléphone la semaine avant. Elle m'a rappelé pour confirmé le rendez-vous la veille. Je lui ait dit que la rappellerai pour confirmé le rendez-vous. Cependant, je n'ai pas eu la chance de la rappeler donc le rendez-vous n'étais pas confirmé.
Le lendemain elle me rappelle pour me dire que je ne suis pas au rendez-vous et qu'elle ne me veux plus comme client dans son salon de toilettage.
Je trouve que cette approche est abusive et irrespectueuse. Je ne ferai donc jamais affaire avec eux et je n'y référerais plus jamais personne.
First, I made an appointment by phone the week before. She called me back to confirm the appointment the day before. I told her I would call her back to confirm the appointment. However, I didn't get a chance to call her back so the appointment wasn't confirmed.
The next day she calls me to tell me that I am not there and that she no longer wants me as a client in her grooming salon.
I find this approach to be abusive and disrespectful. So I will never do business with them and I will never refer anyone to them again.
