Heather is so talented with what she does. She did an amazing job with my hair, and was super helpful with a product recommendation. She also has some really great hair and makeup tutorials on her social media. Go see her or any of the other stylists at Salon Bowie - you will not regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don’t write reviews but after an unanswered email about a recent expensive balayage that did not turn out as planned I’m posting here. I was told really positive things about the salon and had some great cuts in the past which made me confident in choosing Bowie for starting to transition my hair lighter for an upcoming wedding date. I came in with very clear photos of what I wanted done which was to lighten a solid dye job (dark brown) to ash brown balayage for a natural look. I was told this would take a few sessions (which I was fine with) but upon leaving my first appointment my hair had been dyed even darker at the roots and the balayage was toned a brassy caramel colour instead of ash. I asked a few other hairstylists about what should have been done for this process after the fact and they recommended stripping the dark colour and starting from scratch. When I emailed Salon Bowie with these concerns and asked if someone could contact me to walk me through how this overall process would work for the final vision no one replied. This was over two weeks ago. I have now booked in with another salon to try to fix this ($300) problem and would hope in the future that this salon concentrates more on customer service as their policy states. Super disappointing .

All the stylists (lauren/Lindsay have been mine) work so hard to make sure the end result is perfect and make you feel pampered throughout. I just love the architecture and the decor, and the location, it's all so trendy and I love going there. Im also so impressed with the very thoughtful, and respectful response to the mask mandate ending in Calgary, respecting personal choice and everyone's level of comfort. I love this Salon and recommend it to everyone❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hands down the best salon in Calgary. Always on time, wonderful customer service and most importantly, I always leave there loving my hair.
Anywhere else I've ever had my hair done, I am always quick to get home and style it how I would want to decide if I actually like it, but at Salon Bowie they always style it so good, and I learn new styling tricks every visit!
The atmosphere is very positive and inviting as well, there is a great group of people who work here.
