Covid 19 protocols in accordance with Alberta Health Services guidelines are followed. Each participant will have their own equipment provided which is decontaminated with bleach and UV - C light. Every participant is also wearing mask through out the scheduled training.

Although it was challenging, giving us scenarios to work through with a partner simulated what it would be like to provide first aid in real life. I also appreciated his review and repetition of important information to help us remember.
