★ ★ ★ ★ ★ heart of the northeast community, and it’s disgusting. smelly people who will shove and push you, bump into you without saying sorry, cut you off like it’s normal for them. they will go in front of you even if they saw you you have been waiting for a while. how classless. bus and train drivers are just as arrogant. yuck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good transit facility, but it gets terribly cold in winter and the facility is not designed to keep people warm. I have seen people with babies struggling to find a warm resting place to wait for the next bus which usually takes 15 to 30 minutes most days. People would appreciate if the structure is updated to at least have one fully covered and heated waiting area for elderly and children.
