About Sabre Well Servicing Inc.

COMPANY PROFILE

As one of Western Canada’s Premier Independent Well Servicing Contractors, Sabre Well Servicing Inc. (“Sabre”) provides customers with quality staff and equipment to provide a full slate of services including, but not limited to: completions, workovers, production work, abandonments, high pressure and critical sour well work and re-entry preparation.

Sabre began constructing new mobile class III service rigs in the spring of 2006.  Sabre implemented a plan with a focused aggressive approach and, by September of 2009, was operating eight service rigs.  In 2010 the ninth rig was added to the fleet.

Sabre is Western Canada’s premier independent well servicing contractor providing clients with exceptional personnel, equipment and customer service. Based in Clairmont, Alberta Sabre’s nine Class III Free Standing Mobile Service Rigs have been proudly serving Alberta and British Columbia since 2007.

Sabre has placed, and will continue to place, safety education, government regulatory compliance, environmental management and service rig safety, as its highest corporate priorities. It is our belief that the employer, employee, contractor, sub-contractor and supplier personnel need to work together to reduce accidents and incidents within the industry. Safety and environmental awareness can be achieved through careful planning and participation among these groups.

An integral component of safety is training, and at Sabre this is ongoing. Our training addresses not only job specific safety instruction and preventative equipment maintenance, but also employee orientated training programs such as Journey and Fatigue Management. Our objective is to have the highest level of professionally trained staff who focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Our environmental responsibility extends above and beyond the minimum industry requirements. Sabre promotes the efficient use and responsible disposal of rig waste materials, as well as operating in an environmentally friendly manner.

Sabre promotes an accident free workplace and is constantly working to improve and implement new safety policies to our organization. We instill a strong work safe mentality in our employees and are continuously working towards a safe workplace.

Sabre is a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (“CAODC”), an active trade association representing drilling and service rig contractors throughout Canada.
