We had an awful experience last time we were in with another lady in the office and this time we got the help we needed and were provided with all the stuff we needed for our permit that the other lady was not even willing to look for. JJ thanks you for turning the experience around for us we really appreciate you. Keep up the good work!

My questions/problems were complex sometime not very clear since I did not know better. I found everyone that I have dealt with was very professional and willing to help. It is also true for the clerks in the fire department.

They don't have an easy job, but they are willing to work with Homeowners like me. The building inspectors also have a good helpful approach. better then downtown Victoria!

L	Laura De Jaegher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The engineers at Saanich pander to unfounded complaints given by deluded individuals. 'No parking' signage was placed in front of a single dwelling on a boulevard by Saanich engineers due to a neighbour's delusion that street parking causes their house to 'flood', resulting in a safety issue for the tenants of the dwelling that now box one another in on a single lane driveway. Saanich understands the problem yet offers no solution or compromise. Stating the entire boulevard is 'illegal' to park on, yet when made aware that other cars are parked along the entire boulevard with no signage or ticketing, they state they are 'too busy' to enforce unless they receive a complaint. The engineer encouraged me to complain against the other neighbours who park on the street as a 'solution'. Be better.
T	Tips To Level up In Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a bylaw ticket for invalid parking. Phoned, and made a youtube video, contacted town hall again and made progress with a senior officer. After some back and forth ( which was cordial ) We were able to come to a mutual understanding about why I got the violation, and was able to come together. I think the most part the ticket was issued in good faith but I took it the wrong way. I also had a good interaction with Saanich police once and they gave me a warning so overall I think they are pretty fair.
