Mauvais service après vent et probablment un fraudeur également il a remplacé la transmission de ma lavage et 1 sem après ça ne fonctionnait pas plus cela fait 2 semaines que j'essaie de le rejoindre pour réparer ce qu'il a fait et ne retourne jamais les appels... c'est un crosseur

Sos Électro-ménager me fait la même chose que les autres commentaires travail mal fait et partie avec ma pièce de cuisinière et ne reviens plus depuis plus d'une semaines il volé 400,00$ nous passons notre temps à le téléphoner ont laissent des messages ne rappel pas , il donne des et ne respecte pas le rendez-vous. Bref je le déconseille fortement

DO NOT CALL this company at any point!!! Well he took the money and DISAPPEARED. He came up with some story and even cried on the phone to NEVER come back and fix the issue. Had the audacity to even make FAKE appointments. I wish him good luck because his Karma will make him pay. N"APPELEZ JAMAIS cette compagnie sous aucun prétexte!! Il m'a pris l'argent et il a DISPARU. Il a raconté des histoires et a même pleuré au téléphone pour ne jamais revenir pour arranger le problème. Il a même eu l'audace de me donner de faux RDV. Je lui souhaite une bonne chance dans sa vie parce que son Karma va lui faire payer ce qu'il a fait.

Important: Ne faites pas affaire avec lui. J'ai fait changer l'élément de ma sécheuse. Deux semaines après, ma sécheuse ne fonctionne déjà plus. J'ai une garantie de 1 an. Il était supposé passer pour le changer à nouveau. Jamais eu de nouvelles. J'ai laissé pleins de messages. Silence radio. Et selon ce que j'ai lu, je ne suis pas sa première victime.

Alerte: NE FAITES PAS AFFAIRE AVEC CET INDIVIDU. Il nous a vendu une pièce défectueuse pour la cuisinière. Cela fait trois fois qu'il nous donne rendez-vous pour un remboursement. La première fois il n'avait pas l'argent avec lui. La deuxième fois il était en isolement pour maladie et la troisième fois il ne répond pas à la porte (tout en étant chez lui car il a répondu à son téléphone). Toujours des excuses... Individu qui fuit ses responsabilités et ne donne pas de service. Une vraie arnaque !

The guy STOLE our MONEY from the Counter! Then rushed had us PAY him on top of the theft! He rushed out the door - no invoice, or anything. Got off with $165 dollars! I have called the office, and gave them a chance to return the stolen money before WE CALL thebPOLICE and FILE a Report. The guy who came to the house, it was a 5 minute job. After the money was stolen, he acted very strange, pretended he had other clients to get too. he acted very ansy, and in a different demeanor. We have young children here, and a baby to support! This GUY Just basically STOLE from our CHILDREN. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE SOS TO ANYONE! - And, if this matter is NOT rectified immediately, ... I will EXPOSE them everywhere. Can't trust anyone anymore! June 25 2017 - (evening). UPDATE: Since Writing this Review - I met at least 4 other people whom ALL HAD the SAME THING HAPPEN! That Guy is a KLEPTOMANIAC! HE JUST CANNOT STOP STEALING MONEY and POCKET SIZED ITEMS ; Jewelry or whichever from his clients, even though he Charges $80hr to $100hr !! WoW! So, When HE RETURNED THE MONEY AFTER GETTING CAUGHT VIA CAMERA-- HE ADMITTED OVER PHONE, And said that he does not know why he did it.... that ot was just there so he took it! He apologized, and slipped the money Folded in a SHEET OF PAPER - Still Taking put His so-called Service Charge... and we Never Heard from him again. He stated that that was his first time doing something like that. Then I FIND OUT... HE DOES IT EVERYWHERE!! Wow! A Great Paying Job in High demand around these regions... And HE HAS TO "STEAL" From His CLIENTS!? I Just don't get it??! Really?! I HOPE The OTHERS I MET WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT WILL STEP FORWARD AND LEAVE THEIR REVIEWS AND EXPOSE A THIEF IN DISGUISE! DOESN'T THIS FELLA KNOW.. THAT "SOCIAL MEDIA" WILL EXPOSE HIM AND PEOPLE LIKE HIM? "Shaking My Head" But Hey! Thank You for Returning the Money! (After veing caught!) - LUCKY I/WE ARE CHRISTIANS & Forgiving, or else HE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN JAIL, And SUED in Court! P.s. - I Dislike having to leave a NEGATIVE REVIEW Such as this; but This Was, is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR FROM What is SUPPOSED TO BE A PROFESSION. Sad.

When I originally called I told the guy what the problem was & asked if my fridge was fixable because I told him I didn't want to waste his time or my money. He said it was an easy fix & came the next day to fix my fridge. Unfortunately the following day my fridge was still the same so I called back - for 8 days I called & left messages but no return phone call. When I finally got through to a person & explained what the problem was, they told me they'd be there the next day to fix the fridge again. They never showed up. I called again & only got through to a person about another week to 10 days later (continuously left messages but they never returned my call) & they said for sure they'd come by my house the next day. I got a phone call at 7pm saying that they were running really late & could they come at 8pm & I said yes. No one showed up again. I've been calling for the last 2 weeks to try to get someone to come back but they won't return my calls despite my leaving a message every day. Oh, & they never gave me a receipt so I'm assuming they're also working under the table. So if you want your appliances fixed, DON'T USE SOS! Unless if you want to get ripped off...
