Sean's professionalism and communication was outstanding before and during our two week job: he would update me frequently, showing how they had progressed, getting my input on small decisions, and answering my many questions. They paid close attention to the details, ensuring proper distancing between the shakes and taking extra care to seal everything when it rained. I'm very pleased with the quality of work, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Over the period of several months, we went through major renovations and upgrades to our 30-year-old house. Among other things, we had to replace several rotten wooden and cracked concrete patios, retaining walls, fences, and gates. We also added an enclosure underneath one of the new patios to use as gym or winter garden in the future. The house and garden are on a slope, all the work needed creative thinking to pull it all off. Especially when building forms to then pour concrete and build new walls, stairs and get more flat surfaces in the process. Sean & his team also build all new wooden fences, gates, and stairs. We’ve also added other things like a new BBQ shelter/small outdoor bar. Sean’s a wizard with all sorts of building materials and turns one’s "napkin sketches" into magic reality. His positive attitude is infectious and carries projects even through difficult decisions, including dealing with supply chain back-ups. He prides himself in quality and it comes through in everything visible but also invisible by the time everything is done. Sean also ensured good communication and timing of his work, to tie in with the other 3rd party companies involved, such as windows and railings etc. Would 200% recommend Sean and his team and will be getting them for any jobs our family will have in the future. He has a full shop in a sprinter van that he had set up in minutes. We had him help up remodel our first home and it looks amazing. He built a custom wall with abstract shelves design I found online and it was perfect. We removed an old metal banister and he built a new beautiful custom one for us. Highly recommended!

We also build a wall in the crawlspace to support the over-spanning joists. Sean did an awesome job and the final result is absolutely perfect. No squeak at all and the sub-floor feels rock solid. Sean always keeps the home owner updated about the project progress and he is always happy to discuss solutions.
