★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This "broker" was nearly impossible to reach wither by phone, email or yelling out my window. He cost me my financing on a purchase as he never took my application seriously and never got things even close to being done by condition dates. Ultimately this cost me over 2k in inspection charge and countless more in heartache. Stay as far away as possible from this broker, very unprofessional and essentially useless.

Update: we just used Ryean again for our new home purchase, and he was a 10/10 again. He has been extremely responsive all of our questions (and trust me, I ask a lot of those). We're lucky to have him in our corner!
