★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got run off the road today by a truck pulling a ryder trailer. Twice. it came out from P and H flour or Flamingo foods in Cambridge On. at 8;35 am tuesday. The area of Fountain st across from Toyota. Any information would help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marc takes great care of me when I rent. Gary has also improved the service at the location. I've only had one maintenance issue that was pretty quickly rectified with a bad lift gate switch. I prefer Ryder over others Ive had to use for City trucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is confusing, a sign says to enter by front door but there's no door. Never gone to a business that you have to drive up to a gate and it will open automatically. There is no signage to state that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marc (knowledgeable, caring, calm, sales representative) made it happen. I needed a truck with gate lift. He also provided a pallet truck and straps for securing load. The only thing that spoiled my trip was a squeaky driver's seat . . . odd because it was mentioned, new 26' truck? I've never driven such a long vehicle before. Kitchener Ryder truck rental is closer to my home address but I was treated better at Cambridge location.
