★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great neighbourhood park with play structures for young children and lots of grass to run around on. The trees are still young though, so not much shade is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The structures are good but the mulch on the ground is terrible. It's half dirt (muddy if it rains) and there are exposed areas - a metal bar and a drainage pipe are sticking out of the mulch and there are a few places where the black material is sticking out. Needs to be re-mulched soon
