He made it super easy for me & the best part was no wasted time. He would get all the small details worked through on a daily basis so nothing was left to fall between the cracks. Extremely professional and he actually cares for where he places his customers. He looks out for you when you don't know how to look out for yourself in the real estate market.
From marketing to open houses, he does it right. Small details again, baked cookies when people are visiting the open house, not even for the taste, more so to give people that home feeling they would have withing the sanctuary of their own homes. His company colors are very bold and modern, they will grab your attention. They will demand your attention.

Being able to sign documents at the touch of my fingers on my smart phone and Ryan always following up after the purchase to make sure we didn't have any concerns with the developer and listing agent.
