De plus lors de notre facturation, ils ont réussi à prélever 2 fois le même versement que j’avais fait. Une compagnie à éviter à tout prix

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À éviter. J'ai fait mes plans et devis pour mon installation septique. L'entrepreneur a du corrigé quelques erreurs de conception importantes et faire des ajustements sur place.
À la suite, j'ai eu des problème de gestion des eaux au printemps et j'ai énormément de problème à contacter l'ingénieur responsable. On me promet des retour d'appel qui ne se font simplement pas. J'appelle régulièrement a leur bureau et on me répond toujours qu'ils sont occupés. Très peu professionnel.
Je déconseille.
To avoid. I made my plans and specifications for my septic installation. The contractor had to correct some major design errors and make adjustments on site.
As a result, I had water management problems in the spring and I have a lot of problems contacting the engineer in charge. I am promised return calls that simply do not happen. I regularly call their office and they always tell me they are busy. Very unprofessional.
I advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compagnie a éviter pour plusieurs raison ( manque de professionnalisme , estime les champs dépuration a l’aveuglette , non respect du client lors des prise de rendez vous etc . )
Comme ils sont venu au premier rendez vous 5 h a l’avance ( en notre absence ) ils étaient près a faire leur plan sans même avoir inspecter la fosse septique car le technicien n’etait pas en mesure de lever le couvercle sans même l’avoir essayer , ils ont même pris pour acquis que mon puits était un égout pluvial .
De plus nous avons payer 804 $ pour des plan remplis a moitié avec un croquis décrivant un emplacement estimé du champ d’épuration.
Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et je vous conseille fortement de faire affaire avec un autre professionnel si vous ne voulez pas avoir de surprise
Company to be avoided for several reasons (lack of professionalism, blindly considers depuration fields, non-respect of the customer when making appointments, etc.)
As they came to the first meeting 5 ha in advance (in our absence) they were ready to make their plan without even having inspected the septic tank because the technician was not able to lift the cover without even having it. trying, they even took it for granted that my well was a storm sewer.
In addition we paid $ 804 for a half-filled plan with a sketch describing an estimated location of the leach field.
I do not recommend this company and I strongly advise you to do business with another professional if you do not want to have any surprises
