Still haven't Been Paid yet .. It's now Sept 21st ? I had no money to pay my Rent Because of this Company.... It's now October 7th an still NOTHING?... NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS?

C	Cris Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again, we enjoyed a lovely travel trailer experience from Rving with Ease. It is our second year renting a travel trailer for our annual camping trip to We-Wai-Kai campground. Our trailer was set up when we arrived and we had a couple of hiccups that got resolved to our satisfaction. Veraine works very hard to handle requests and communicates to the best of her ability. During this very busy season it isn't always easy to travel and sometimes it takes longer than anticipated to get results. But, when Veraine shows up at our site and takes the time to address some issues, one can tell she is committed to customer service. We will rent again next year for sure.
L	Lisa Reimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who runs the company, Veraine, is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. She arrived with our trailer at 630pm at night after indicating she may only be a little late from the 200pm drop off time. Of course she gave us her trailer she uses for 6 months of the year and it wasn’t cleaned, so she spent 90min cleaning it and we didn’t get in there till 800pm. Of course there was a bunch of other issues. Biggest one being there was no gas in the generator that she provided. Also the fridge wasn’t working properly, and she did not come out to troubleshoot the issue. Also missing several key items that were listed on her “pamper package” like toilet paper, flashlight, lighter, can opener, and a few other ones. Terrible service, and she’s a Lies, she told me I would get a night free (because she showed up late) and of course that didn’t happen. At least I got my security deposit back. Would never book with her or recommend her to anyone

Very smelly, dirty trailer with damp carpets, had many things that didn’t operate properly, including the electrical which kept blowing the campgrounds fuse. When we couldn’t get it going again after the fourth or fifth time it happened we texted her asking for help as it seemed to be a problem with the trailer, blowing every outlet we tried to plug it into at the campsite. Immediately we were met with hostility and accusations. It was our fault, then it was the campgrounds fault, and when we asked to come try to fix it she said if she came she was going to keep our deposit and take the trailer away from us halfway through the trip we already paid her a ridiculous price for. When she did arrive she literally seemed unhinged, storming around swearing and yelling at us. I have honestly never seen anyone behaving in such a, not only unprofessional, but just irrational , immature way. She was storming around the trailer trying to find the ac and plugging things in to the non working outlets, using extremely profane language while my young niece was asleep in the trailer. She finally just left and we had an unworking trailer for the rest of the trip. I cannot express how strongly I recommend nobody use this company.
