★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second year returning to RussLynn Blueberries. This small blueberry farm is located between Langley and Abbotsford, about 10-minute drive from the Greater Vancouver Zoo. Free parking. U-pick, pre-picked, frozen blueberries and house-made blueberry jam available. cash and cc accepted. Blueberries are reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Their blueberries are Bluecrop, medium size, sweet and packed with flavor. Hardly see any leaves, broken branches, unripe berries in the pre-picked boxes purchased (their website says blueberries are hand picked the same day or the night before). I called ahead of time to check the availability and Lynn (the owner?) was kind enough to keep a box of blueberries aside for me. Glad I did call as the pre-picked blueberries were sold out by noon that day. U-pick field is clearly marked and clean.
Unlike other commercial blueberry farms open to the public, RussLynn retains a rustic feel. You'll pass by a beautiful a farmhouse and a red barn before seeing the blueberry field and the parking lot. 2 friendly resident dogs ready to greet you upon arrival. Picnic area available.
