★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very negative and dissatisfactory experience. We signed a contract for part-time care for our 2 small girls through RFC. Months later, our contract with our provider was terminated, effective immediately (as per our contract, we were to have 1 month notice) to allow our daycare provider to take kids with full-time contracts instead. When I contacted RFC directly, I was told by our coordinator Erin that this was because “part-time was hard to secure” and that there was nothing they could do to help us since we only wanted (and signed a contract from RFC) for part-time care. We strongly do not recommend you engage RFC’s services. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and have no concerns about leaving family’s with no childcare services, despite having a valid contract.
