★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pair of ASICS Gel Quantum online. They sell for $229.99 (plus tax). When I received the shoes today they were very clearly USED. I contacted customer service and provided pictures. They said that they are sorry these don't "meet my expectations" . "My expectations" ???? I believe anybody who orders a pair of $229 running shoes online is expecting the shoes to be brand new, not used, when they receive them. I definitely won't be ordering anything from The Running Room again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed at all after 12 years as a loyal customer. Even been a clinic leader. Finally able to come back from injury so purchased shoes in Nov. 2018. Heel grip of the upper shoes ripped and tore. Milage is maybe 10-15km weekly. The store clerk wouldn't even consider an exchange-loyalty isn't appreciated at this store-this customer has been lost!
