★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $2000 deposit towards solar panel roof installation at my Dads house. Kelly Rumble failed to show up to start the job, kept the money. No response with phone calls or emails other than "will start soon". Complete rip off. Money has not been refunded, it has been over a year now.
