Everyone is beyond kind and inviting, you will have a smile on as you are leaving for sure. The space is amazing. I have been training with Erwin and he is patient but super knowledgeable and super awesome to work with!

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of expertise and patience that my trainer Isabella had. We started with the fundamentals and built our way up to more skilled techniques. She really created a comfortable and welcoming environment for me, which made it easy to ask questions without fear of judgement. I'd highly recommend booking with Isabella if you're new to boxing or even if you have some experience and just want to refine your skills!

I had no prior experience boxing, but this team helped me get settled and feel super comfortable right from the get go. Every class I have taken thus far has been an absolute treat and I am so grateful for this new found hobby. I have since brought my friends and family and they all agree, the experience here is 10/10! Definitely recommend checking it out :)

You need to give it a try! Your first class is free; I promise you will get hooked! Plenty of street parking and underground parking. Perfect studio for Mount Pleasant to get the community together.

The instructors are super fun and motivating and you definitely work up a good sweat every time. My friend and I also tried a personal training session with Aimee and she was awesome! Highly recommend this studio if you like good music, fun instructors and a great workout :)

I also highly recommend Erwin for Personal Training. I am learning a lot about proper form; his sessions are not only fun and a great workout but provide an opportunity to focus and concentrate on honing the appropriate skill set. Erwin gives lots of feedback which is extremely helpful to a newbie to the sport. I was initially intimidated to try the PT sessions but Erwin has a friendly and warm demeanor; I appreciate that he so enthusiastically shares his passion for boxing.

The new spot is beautiful! Love the design and the cool light art on the ceiling. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I'm still a beginner myself, and they definitely take time to ensure you are doing the technique right, especially with the personal training sessions. For the classes, it's the full package - great vibe, atmosphere, music, and people. Overall a fun workout. Look forward to visiting Mount Pleasant more often in the near future!
