The rock honey from Promiel is not edible I regret it is not real honey I usually buy honey from a honey factory in Ste Mélanie and they make real honey you should go see them how they make their honey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté ce produit chez Costco. Premier attrait, prix super attrayant (7.99$/1kg). Deuxième attrait, produit bio. Troisième attrait, compagnie située près de Québec. Malheureusement, ce miel est décevant. Du sucre liquide. Il est indiqué sur l’étiquette que c’est un mélange de miel du Brésil, Thaïlande et Canada. Il est aussi indiqué qu’on peut vérifier la provenance en allant sur le site de la compagnie et d’inscrire le code qui figure sur le capuchon. Une vraie farce. Mélange provenant de 36 apiculteurs dont seulement un au Canada (Saskatchewan. 19 en Thaïlande et 16 au Brésil). Quelle précision ! Chapeau !!! Du miel importé donc. Définitivement, à ne pas acheter.

I bought this product from Costco. First attraction, super attractive price ($ 7.99 / 1kg). Second attraction, organic product. Third attraction, company located near Quebec. Unfortunately, this honey is disappointing. Liquid sugar. It says on the label that it is a mixture of honey from Brazil, Thailand and Canada. It also says that you can check the provenance by going to the company website and entering the code on the cap. A real farce. Mixture from 36 beekeepers, only one of which is in Canada (Saskatchewan. 19 in Thailand and 16 in Brazil). What precision! Hat !!! So imported honey. Definitely not to buy.
