Sooner they erase the quote and increase the price 30%. I have to either give up my money or pay higher their service. Such greedy. Ruby tree is not worth to trust ! ps. They didn’t clarify that is deposit when they collect it. and no receipt. Their deposit system is not fair. It not protect costumers even if job canceled by Ruby tree's fault. Watch out their quote system. Ask for invoice if they ask e-transfer, and print out the quote at each time they sent to you the link otherwise it will be changed by them.

This is a beautiful, mature tree, but its spread is massive and it's a species perhaps more suited for a large lot or a park, and not a smaller front yard. I contacted 5 local tree companies for an estimate to have the tree trimmed and thinned. All companies were responsive and sent an estimator to my home within a couple of days. Ruby Tree Services offered an excellent price and their communications were always prompt and professional. Once booked, they showed up on time and on schedule and asked me to have a look and give them specific feedback on what I was hoping for. They completed the work with their bucket truck and wood chipper and cleaned up the entire front lawn and driveway. A three person crew (thanks Daniel, Dean and Noah) worked hard and did a great job. Overall, exactly what I was hoping for at a great price point. Highly recommend Ruby Tree Services.
