★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allé magasiner hier au Rubino de Vanier. J'ai eu du bon service venant de la vendeuse mais un service épouvantable venant de la gérante! Nous avions une question concernant les ajustements de prix et tout de suite elle a répondu ''non'' d'un ton hyper sec. Ce n'est pas acceptable une attitude passive-agressive comme ça envers les clients :( Je m'étais jamais fait autant mal répondre dans un magasin. Bref, elle nous a tellement mal répondu et elle nous a fait sentir mal que avons décidé de quitter. Dommage pour elle car nous sommes allé acheter 3 paires de chaussures chez Brown.
 I went shopping yesterday at the Rubino in Vanier. I had good service from the saleswoman but terrible service from the manager! We had a question regarding the price adjustments and immediately she answered 'no' in a very dry tone. A passive-aggressive attitude like that towards customers is not acceptable :( I had never answered myself so badly in a store. In short, she answered us so badly and she made us feel bad that we decided to Too bad for her because we went to buy 3 pairs of shoes at Brown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubino de Beauport: ce sont des voleurs. J'ai acheté des bottillons que j'ai payé $160 et je suis allé les reporter car ils ne me convenaient pas. Ils m'ont remboursé $137 seulement parce qu'il y avait eu un promotion lors de l'achat. Mais moi j'ai quand même payé $160 et non $137. Ils se sont mis $23 dans les poches à mes dépens...du vol pur et simple. Je ne vous recommande pas ce magasin.
Rubino de Beauport: they are thieves. I bought some booties which I paid $ 160 and went to postpone them because they did not suit me. They refunded me $ 137 just because there was a promotion on the purchase. But I still paid $ 160 and not $ 137. They put $ 23 in my pockets at my expense ... outright theft. I do not recommend this store to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubino rue Soumande, se sont des voleurs. J'ai acheté chez eux des bottes d'hiver et après seulement une journée je les ai retournés parcequ'ils sont un peu grand. Ils ne voulaient pas me remboursser moment si les bottes sont en parfaite état.
Rubino rue Soumande, they are thieves. I bought some winter boots from them and after only a day I returned them because they are a bit big. They didn't want to refund me yet if the boots are in perfect condition.
