I very highly don't recommend this brand anymore to anyone. There are better strains at the bc cannabis store please avoid this brand unless you want seeds.

The warehouse is worse then processing with no system to benefit the employee everything is all over the place and its very stressful to work with the manger who has OCD. Everything is un-sorted, the training is very bad and they want you to for overtime with no pay. Company is full of non educated employees. I would highly recommend not to work for Rubicon organics at all as there better LPs to work for. Save yourself the time and headache.

There was a time I was told I would be paid time and a half for working overtime hours (10-12hr shifts) and was not paid due to the nature of the employment standards for this position at Rubicon and they only want to pay salary for a reason because of cheap company. Long story short.... this company doesn't care about individual employees enough to competently communicate their employment contract, and is clearly very unorganized in all aspects of basic communication from mangers from Amit the warehouse to packaging to head office they have worst commination. All in all, I was genuinely disappointed in my experience working at Rubicon Organics (delta). I wanted to caution any person aspiring to work directly with cannabis products to read your employment standard acts first and asks all the questions you can about OT or anything related to your salary before getting thrown under the bus like myself because what I thought I signed up for was not at all what I expected. Save yourself the time and work for another company as this company won't last as they don't care for there employees.

The supply chain mangers from Claudio to Amit are so bad they terminated me because I was sick and had to do covid test soon as I got back to work after week I was terminated for no reason. The month I've been there I've seen 4 employees leave this company because of the rude mangers that don't care at all. They also want you to work for free and stay overtime and not get paid. Amit the supervisor always trying to force OT without pay. Once I was done with this company they refused to pay me that I had to call HR to get my money and had to tell them I was going to file a complaint for not paying unpaid wages then they finally sorted it out after 5 days late. Even the person who sorted my file was saying the supply chain department of Claudio and Amit have such bad team/ turnover as almost every employee leaves or gets terminated. The pay is very low and not worth the stress because the supervisor also wants you to work from home and not get paid. This company is the worst company I've ever worked and I don't recommend anyone working here.
