★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kernhill furniture uses these guys to deliver couches. The delivery people are nice. but clumsy. They scratched my door frame and dented my metal door. both delivery time there was mud and water tracked all over my floor. Then i had to chase them to get a call from a repair man who actually asked me to leave my house keys for him so he could fix the door. I advised him I wont be doing so. he said he would come take a look and make an appointment with me to be let in. never did. In fact i have not heard from anyone there at all in regards to this. I have cameras. id know if anyone came to look. At this point I am prepared to just write this off as enough of my time has been spent trying to get these guys to do the right thing. beware. Dont take delivery from company's who use RSR transport if you value your home. They clearly dont.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR and Dean delivered a new couch set and removed the old couch. They did a great job setting everything up. Very professional and careful not to damage anything. I would recommend this team to anyone.

They delivered within that window and followed my instructions to a tee. The fellows who delivered were polite, friendly and very careful with my order.
