 Terrible service. it's been a week since I was unable to reach the person responsible for my file in the total loss of my vehicle. do yourself a favor, make sure somewhere else.

An insurance company is judged when it is unfortunate to have to make a claim. This company is zero down the line, no support. Do not be fooled by a good price!

Je l'ai ai appelĂ© plus de 2 fois par semaine et ils m'ont finalement envoyĂ© une lettre disant que si je ne les payais pas ils me dĂ©sassureraient, cette compagnie lĂ ne peut tout simplement pas ĂȘtre gĂ©rĂ©e par des personnes diplĂŽmĂ©es...
I literally had to fight for over a month with them to pay my insurance bill. I called him more than twice a week and they finally sent me a letter saying that if I did not pay them they would de-assure me, this company just can not be managed by graduates ...

â â â â â Prix d'assurance relativement bas, mais Ă quel prix ? ExtrĂȘmement déçue par la qualitĂ© des services rendus par le groupe RSA. Si vous avez une rĂ©clamation Ă faire, les suivis lors du sinistre et lors du renouvellement d'assurance sont cauchemardesques.
Price insurance relatively low, but at what price? Extremely disappointed by the quality of the services provided by the RSA group. If you have a claim to make, the follow-ups at the time of the accident and during the renewal of insurance are nightmarish.

â â â â â Sinistre rĂ©glĂ© rapidement pour ma part. J'ai lu des commentaires concernant les envois de lettre etc. il faut savoir que pour ĂȘtre assurĂ© auprĂšs de la compagnie il faut passer par un courtier d'assurance et c'est ce courtier d'assurance qui doit effectuer les changements d'adresses, mise Ă jour au renouvellement, explications de vos couvertures etc tenir Ă jour votre dossier. La compagnie d'assurance vous indemnise en cas de sinistre mais le reste cest la job du courtier, changez de courtier sinon...

â â â â â Ăvitez des problĂšme et assurer vous ailleur, jamais j'ai connu un service autant mĂ©diocre . J'ai de la difficultĂ© Ă comprendre comment une compagnie autant mal honnĂȘte peu ĂȘtre accrĂ©ditĂ© par l'autoritĂ© des marchĂ© financier. On m'a renouveler mon contrat sans m'appeler ou me contacter par tĂ©lĂ©phone ( mĂȘme pas de message vocale) , ils m'ont seulement envoyĂ© une lettre (Ă la mauvaise adresse par la poste) pour se justifier du renouvellement. Je suis maintenant retourner vers Desjardins et maintenant je suis extrĂȘmement satisfait d'ĂȘtre en affaires avec une compagnie qui travaille avec des mĂ©thodes modernes et professionnels, sans parler de la panoplie davantage (programme ajusto, application mobile, service impeccable, remorquage ect.)
Avoid problems and make sure you do not have a bad service. I have trouble understanding how a company so badly honest can be accredited by the authority of the financial market. They renewed my contract without calling me or contacting me by phone (not even voice mail), they only sent me a letter (at the wrong address in the mail) to justify the renewal. I am now returning to Desjardins and now I am extremely satisfied to be in business with a company that works with modern and professional methods, not to mention the panoply more (ajusto program, mobile application, impeccable service, towing ect.)

â â â â â Pire compagnie d'assurances de tous les temps. Hyper long avant d'avoir un suivi, encore pire pour avoir un remboursement.
Aucune compréhension de la situation réelle de l'assuré et une absence totale d'envie de comprendre.
Aucune chance que je renouvelle avec eux.
Worst insurance company ever. Hyper long before having a follow-up, even worse to have a refund.
No understanding of the real situation of the insured and a complete lack of desire to understand.
No chance that I will renew with them.
