E	Erran Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe I'm crazy, or maybe it was an overkill, but I recently purchased a used Hyundai Accent from a private seller that definitely needed some TLC, cleaning-wise, and I decided to go with Roman. Being my first time using a detailer, I researched Google Maps for quality detailers and came across RS Auto Spa. From what I could tell, he's dealt with more higher end cars than mine (he has a YouTube channel you can watch), and his pricing is on the higher end of the spectrum, but I'm convinced you get the quality you pay for. Roman and his team didn't disappoint. They cleaned pretty much every inch of the car from outside to inside, buffed out a couple scuffs on the body, and even removed a hard-to-remove dog stencil/sticker the previous owner had applied to the rear window. Excellent work! Additionally, after I drove from downtown to drop off my car, Roman was courteous enough to drive me back home and pick me up from the subway station when I picked up my car. While I was disappointed the engine bay was not cleaned, that was my error for not reading fully what the package included, which engine cleaning was not a part of. Regardless, I have no issue in recommending Roman for your professional, detailing needs!

The color looks better than when I picked it up brand new a few months ago and it is much glossier. Could not be happier with romans work.

The proprietor was very knowledgeable about the products being used and ensures they are human friendly. He also arranged to drop me off and pick me up. The detailing as well as the customer services was excellent. Would recommend.

Attention to detail is impeccable. The process was seamless from booking the appointment to picking up the car. They did an amazing job with our car but there were a few missed spots that were clear to the eye once we got home and looked it over. We mainly wanted interior cleaning done as we were getting our car wrapped a few days later so most of the outer stuff wasn't done besides a wash and shine, which I was hoping would reflect in a minor change in the price but did not. They were very quick with the car, about 2 and a half hours and the owner graciously dropped me off and pick me up from Yorkdale Mall but I feel they could have spent an extra 30 minutes or so to make sure the entire interior was perfectly done.
