β β β β β LaVerne Planden is possibly the WORST property manager at this company. After having a positive experience with the last landlord, it is night and day.
She is never in the office when you need her to be. Half the property does not know who she is and she takes WEEKS to get back to an email. Never calls. Also maintenance is another story. Tried calling their maintenance and tenant line on Saturday and got hung up on, completely disconnected. Then just told today they have an online form I could fill out online. If it takes them as long to reply as LaVerne does... Something bad could have been happening and they would not have known. I have spoken to other tenants who have also had bad experiences but those are their reviews to write.
I have honestly just had enough, as have many of us and she needed to be called out.
