★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to gather some cost information on Hot Water Tank and Boiler and got some great info on not only the cost, but warranty info and why they choose certain brands to carry. Very helpful and will be looking to them in the future for replacement of the current tank and possibly boiler!

This place must have changed ownership as my first experience with them was great and now I can't even get a return call. Sad to see the downward slide from my last experience to now.

Although busy at the time, Royal services was able to fit us in on the day we called to diagnose the problem. The replacement part was ordered that day and installed the very next day. Their staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. We are very appreciative on how quickly our furnace was repaired.

Tried to book them to come do some work multiple times, had them no show, rebook, etc. Then finally had them tell me after yet another no show that because my husband never called them to confirm, they couldn’t come out despite me confirming. Very disappointing experience to have in this day and age.
