R	Ruby Shoes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company held an annual general meeting of a group of condo owners in a restaurant. I guess it is cheaper to do it that way then to rent a meeting room somewhere. The problem with holding the meeting in such a public place is EVERYONE can hear what is being discussed such as the noise levels of certain tenants, the need for outside maintenance covenants, etc. Aside from numerous refills of water, they requested to turn the music down! Found the manager from the company very rude. Some of the condo owners apologized for the meeting being held in such a public venue…they were uncomfortable with discussing their personal business within earshot of other diners.

I could go on and on. However I'm happy that we might see new repairs to our apartments so I dont move like everyone else. Thank you in advance for everything!!!

V	Videogames and Fieros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal and Kente are terrible to deal with. They lie and don't take care of their properties or tenants. We had to deal with violent neighbours for 16 months, just because they refused to deal with them. They also refused to reimburse me, after saying they would. Stay as far away from these people as possible. Edit. I have since found out the Barb from Royal has seen this review and, apparently, is very irritated by it. But, for whatever reason, she has not reached out to me to rectify any of the issues that have been put forward to the management of both Royal and Kente. In fact, no one from either company responds to any of my emails anymore. This is not a good way to treat tenants that pay rent. Speaking of paying rent. Barb, seeing as you will read my google review and not my emails, when are you going to get rid of the squatters who bring a constant stream of violent, methed out junkies into the building? There are small children who live in this building. You have my email.

The lady in front desk asked to me to send an email to so called property management specialist. No reply. I Called them again and she told me to send another email. I said no and asked her to forward my email. She said that the property manager is busy and forwarded the email and CC me. No response from anyone. Waste of time . Communication is the key for any business. If that sucks nothing is going to be right. Never recommend them to anyone. I will give a big ZERO star.
