C	Conchita Alvero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed... I have been going to this car wash for years. I have never had an issue using my card to buy tokens. Today, I sat there for about 15/20 mins waiting for a stall, when I finally got one, I went to get tokens,but the machine kept wanting me to enter a pin; there was no pin/number pad, I tried using the tap and nothing. A guy standing behind me waiting to get tokens tried helping me and couldn't figure it out either. He said he's had this problem before. Needless to say, I did not get my car washed ? Complete waste of my time ????

I'm stuck in an area with no other choice, and I have not once left here with a clean car. There's about an ounce of soap/gallon of water; so unless you don't care about your paint and use the brush, you will never clean your car here. They also charge more than most places do for tokens, so they know that they have the market cornered. You would be better off driving to Surrey or Coquitlam for a manual wash.
H	H Max Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the only self-serve car washes. I bring my car here when I have the time to wash it carefully. The pressure washer is great and you can easily use it to wash of all the salt and snow from the undercarriage, keeping your car beautiful and healthy.

J	Jobsist Shaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming here two times, I found that Royal Oak Self Service Car Wash is surely a must-visit place if you love your cars or motorcycles as long as you would love to do some hard work to shine them. You have many options over here including rinsing, presoaking, soaping and some premium maintenance. Vacuuming, on the other hand, is something truly useful for our daily interior cleaning routine. Although some friends always mention that they can vacuum at home, vacuums at the car wash are totally different, more powerful and functional along with a cleaning brush that I still don’t know how to properly use. I personally highly recommend this place as it opens 24/7 and many expensive car owners, i.e., R8, M8, Lamborghini and whatnot, are also delighted to come over for a shampoo.
A	ANewPaul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place for a wash. It's 2$ at the minimum for 1 token. That lasts 3 minutes for a wash, or two minute vaccuum. You'll find yourself spending at least 6$ to get your car cleaned and vacuumed. If you do not have change be prepared to ask strangers for change as they only accept Visa, 1/2$ coins.
L	Luke Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular self serve car wash and the only one if you live in Burnaby/Vancouver area. Came here to wash off the salt from the recent snow we had. The place was busy (as I had expected) and not maintained at all. After the big snow fall we had, the place was not shovelled at all, many ice potholes and a huge tripping hazard. Driving a sedan, it was very hard to even drive into any of the stalls as all of them had thick layers of snow/ice and scrapped my car on the ice a few times. I understand that there will be ice forming from people having washed their cars in cold temperatures but it was apparent that none of the stalls were plowed to begin with nor did I see any salt spread. I nearly tripped a few times. The soap wasn’t coming out properly from the nozzle either. Water had good pressure though. Prices are very reasonable. $2 for 1 token which is good for 3 minutes.
