★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady’s back! If you like to sleep with bedbugs then this is the perfect place for you! Very clean and well run with best service in town by Mr Laudisio. Make sure to check if your room has bugs before you move in. Also ask if your neighbor has them since these guys can crawl everywhere and they want to be your friends. Occasionally some tenants leave infested mattresses in your hallway. Go ahead and list them under the free section on Craigslist as that’s probably the only way it’ll be taken care of. Plus you’re doing society a service by providing free mattresses to those in need of a homeless bedbug. There’s also an unwritten rule in this building where if you leave your stuff outside your room, even temporarily on move in day, it’s fair game for hoarders. Best of luck. My 2 cents of survival. 1st cent is free ;)
Ps: If you really like this place then you are metaphorically a bedbug. There are cleaner places where you don’t share the same washroom with 10 people + a bedbug on the toilet seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallways are dark, building smells, bathrooms aren't properly cleaned, bedbug issue's, & other complaints of problems often go untreated for months at a time.
Most rooms are tiny, & rent is too expensive for a place with shared bathroom's, kitchens, & laundry.
(Aka, it's an SRO/ Single Room Occupancy.)
Not the worst I've seen, but still pretty damn bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few out of town friends who stayed here for a few months while doing a local pipefitting project and they throughly enjoyed their stay. I can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone that needs everything they want for a very reasonable price. Fully furnished accompanied with decent washrooms and of course WiFi
