★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal LePage -Ryan and Sue were the listing agent of a property I bought in the summer. A great deal of garbage was left throughout the house and in the shop. This included a small walk-in cooler, multiple television sets, parts of a lawn mower, endless debris, pallets, large commercial apple crates and discarded used building supplies. Part of our subjects was the have all debris removed and the house clean upon receiving it. Talks broke down between my agent and the listing agent and when this happened I got in contact with them on my own only to receive one promising phone call and then nothing for months on end. I have now removed all of the debris at my own time and expense. I would personally stay away from buying from them Royal LePage Summerland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vandermeys are very hard to contact their response times are sometime hours later . If you have questions for them maybe and its imperative for an answer I strongly suggest finding another agent. I have bought and sold many times and have never had an agent this lackadaisical

As a women who is going through a divorce, I could not have asked for a better Realtor than Shannon, who went out of her way to sell our house at $25000 above asking price.The market being the way it is, Shannon worked even harder to find me a place before the closing on my house.
