★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the unfortunate opportunity a few years back of dealing with the "Aunger girls", I will never forget how rude they were. I had called and set up an appointment with them to see a farm that they had listed just passed Smith Falls. So on a Saturday morning, my daughter and I woke up early and drove 1.5 hours and waited at the end of a gated driveway for them for to show up for almost an hour, only to find out (after calling them a few times) that the house had already sold earlier that morning. They didn't even care enough to pick up the phone to tell me.
