★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amy is a great person to work with. She is very professional and responsive. She was trying her best to immediately answer our questions (and we had many as first time homebuyers). If she didn't know the exact answer right away, she was quick in getting the right info from the right sources as soon as possible. For example, our home insurance company needed to know the exact floor area of the house we are buying (we had two numbers, one from the seller's ad and one from another source). Amy went down to the City Hall and obtained the house schematics for us with more info than we needed.
Amy never refused to help even outside work hours. For example, we wanted to see a certain property more than once, and she never complained (one of the times was after work hours, but she was there as usual).
Overall, Amy is a delightful, professional person, always willing to go above and beyond to help you with a BIG smile on her face.

We purchased our apt condo in 2008 then extensively renovated the corner unit which had a wonderful lake view. Subsequently, sales in the complex had a history of low selling prices. We finally decided to bite the bullet and approached several Realtors. None would take the listing at our price except Amy. Several realtors absolutely refused the listing if you can believe that. The other realtors used the comparables which were really not relevant to our corner unit, extensive renos, all new high-end appliances and view.
Amy said we had a good price for the quality and to go for it. Well she was right. We had a full price offer within ten days. She broke the pattern of low sales prices. Evidence of her accomplishment is that she sold three more residences in the complex exceeding the seller’s expectations.
Since 2008 we have recommended Amy to several others who have been absolutely pleased with either the sale of their home or their purchase.
Immediately answered all phone calls and queries. Amazing communicator. Amy also has a fantastic support team to assist with the sale.
Amy is go getter, willing to take on an endeavour to your advantage. You are not gambling with Amy, you are winning. Unequivocally, highly recommend Amy. Exceptional person and Realtor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought and sold approximately 20 homes but have never been treated as well by any other realtor as we were dealing with Amy Zimmer. It started with a chance meeting at the Orchard Center Mall Royal LePage Kiosk in Kelowna. We made general inquiries and advised Amy we were not ready to purchase and had a house to sell. This meeting started a relationship that carried on until we were in a position to purchase. Amy found the perfect home to suit all our needs and in a great location. Amy became very involved in helping us complete the sale of our home in Prince George and I would say was instrumental in making sure our selling realtor remained motivated. We would highly recommend Amy to anyone considering buying or selling a home in the Central Okanagan area.

If you are thinking of buying or selling a home I recommend meeting with Amy, she will work tirelessly on your behalf. I know there are many good realtors in Kelowna but I don't see how anyone can top Amy.

She is a wonderful person as well as a very good realtor. What makes a great realtor? Someone who listens! Amy did not disappoint. Since we are 2/3's empty nesters, we did not know what we wanted. Downsize? Condo? Townhome? Trailer? Or single family home? With rental income? So she showed us a bit of everything and was very patient! It paid off. We found our beautiful new home. We were so pleased with Amy's professionalism, that we have asked her to be our real estate agent for our commercial venture. Thank you Amy, you are awesome!
