On a rendez vous un lendemain de tempĂȘte
-25 degrés. J'attends avec ma femme enceinte et mon fils de 2 ans dehors.
AprĂšs 10 min de retard nous lappelons.. et on se fait crier dessus !
Finalement, avec au final 35 minute de retard, pas d'excuse de sa part mais des reproche : pourquoi vous netes pas resté dans la voiture ?! ( on est venu en uber..)
Lors de la visite, presque pas un mot ..
Pire expérience de ma vie !
I'm shocked
We have an appointment the day after a storm
-25 degrees. I am waiting with my pregnant wife and my 2 year old son outside.
After 10 min of delay we call her ... and we get yelled at!
Finally, with a 35 minute delay in the end, no excuse on his part, but reproaches: why didn't you stay in the car ?! (we came by uber ..)
During the visit, hardly a word.
Worst experience of my life!
