★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent! Phone first if you need a criminal record check done as seemingly only one staff is capable of doing it. And despite being within their hours of operation if that "one" staff member isn’t there, for whatever reason, they are incapable of providing such service or services. Waste of taxpayer’s time!
