★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to cross Highway 97 south when an RCMP officer made right turn into Vees St completely ignoring the fact that i was about to cross on green light. A following call to RCMP resulted in a question "what do you want me to do?" Well, now i know that next time I'm in the area i shouldn't get out of my vehicle and endanger my life thanks to people who are supposed to protect me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No help whatsoever after a crime commited by Penticton residents. Will have to hire a private entity to pursue restitution for this Penticton crime. Very disappointing at the lack of interest by this detachment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to report a crime. I was told an rcmp officer would be in contact with me. Didn’t hear back, so I reached out again a few weeks later and was told the same thing. Well I still haven’t heard back. This happened in 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone attempted to break into my car. I reported the crime to the RCMP and they were diligent with the investigation. Although, they couldn't do much due to the circumstances, they were friendly and professional. I appreciated that one of the constables followed up with me. I made sure to call them and thanked them for their service.
