★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located, but an old building. No garbage chute-you carry your garbage to a dumpster in the parking lot. Full of 'characters' !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too hot in public areas but otherwise an ok place to live. Judgmental owner and manager. Paper thin walls, dryer doesn't always fully dry clothes and laundry room closes too early opens too late if you forget your work clothes you're s.o.l

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water shut offs constant.....they say they will repair stuff and do not complete the job at times. manager is unfriendly to people which is now owned by belmont apartments. since the take over happened it has been much more unfriendly workers here....rent is the only reason it got 2 stars cause it is still not to expensive compared to the rest of victoria but still not worth what we pay
