elle fera tout pour que le client se souvien pour iniquement du bien. En plus son bureau est situee Lebourgneuf.( boulevard) et elle garde sans aucun frais les documents relier au dossier du document

Moi je vais commparer 2 notaires Me Nancy Roy et Veronique Ouellet.

â â â â â Il s'agit de ma 5e maison que je vends. C'Ă©tait la premiĂšre fois que le notaire ne connaissait pas le montant de fermeture de l'hypothĂšque lors du rendez-vous. Avant le rendez-vous, j'ai communiquĂ© avec elle afin de connaĂźtre les documents nĂ©cessaire puisque je devais entreposer mes meubles avant le transfert de propriĂ©tĂ©. Elle n'a rĂ©pondu que deux semaines plus tard en demandant des document qui Ă©taient entreposĂ© et a dĂ©montrĂ© une attitude lorsque je lui ai fait part de ce fait en stipulant que c'Ă©tait la raison de ma tentative de contact deux semaines avant (deux courriels). Lorsqu'elle m'a contactĂ©, elle m'a mentionnĂ© la possibilitĂ© de modifier le rendez-vous et m'a dit qu'elle allait me confirmer suite Ă la confirmation avec l'acheteur. Elle n'a jamais donnĂ© suite et j'ai dĂ» rappeler pour confirmer la modification. Suite au rendez-vous, il a fallu deux semaines pour avoir la fermeture avec mon institution financiĂšre. Elle n'a pas fourni les confirmations requises pour certains documents ce qui a ralenti le remboursement de certains frais. Je l'ai contactĂ© pour lui en faire part et elle n'a pas rĂ©pondu Ă mon message. J'ai dĂ» renvoyer un message 48 heures plus tard en mentionnant que si je n'avais pas de rĂ©ponse, j'allais porter plainte Ă la chambre des notaires du QuĂ©bec. Ă l'exception de lâappel initial et du dernier courriel, elle est restĂ©e courtoise et professionnelle dans son approche. Je ne recommande pas ces services.
This is my 5th house that I am selling. It was the first time that the notary did not know the closing amount of the mortgage during the appointment. Before the appointment, I contacted her to find out the necessary documents since I had to store my furniture before the transfer of ownership. She did not respond until two weeks later asking for documents that were in storage and demonstrated an attitude when I informed her of this fact stating that this was the reason for my attempt to contact two weeks before (two emails ). When she contacted me, she mentioned the possibility of modifying the appointment and told me that she would confirm me following the confirmation with the buyer. She never followed through and I had to call back to confirm the change. Following the appointment, it took two weeks to have the closure with my financial institution. She did not provide the required confirmations for certain documents, which slowed down the reimbursement of certain expenses. I contacted her to let her know and she did not respond to my message. I had to send a message 48 hours later stating that if I did not have an answer, I would file a complaint with the Chambre des notaires du Québec. With the exception of the initial call and the last email, she remained courteous and professional in her approach. I do not recommend these services.
