★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait affaire avec Rouleau Granit car c’est un sous traitant de Rona. J’ai reçu un comptoir de quartz avec un joint alors que j’avais demandé sans joint. Le joint est très apparent. Après quelques semaines le comptoir a plusieurs tâches impossibles à faire disparaître même avec le diluant à laque conseillé par l’installateur. Extrêmement déçu de la qualité pour le prix payé.
 I did business with Rouleau Granit because it is a subcontractor of Rona. I received a quartz countertop with a gasket when I requested without a gasket. The seal is very apparent. After a few weeks the counter has several stains that cannot be removed even with the lacquer thinner recommended by the installer. Extremely disappointed with the quality for the price paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu mon comptoir via Cuisine action..... Après l'installation du 10 octobre, le comptoir ce fissure à rien!!! comptoir NON DURABLE et très SENSIBLE!!!
J'ai contacté le Directeur des ventes chez Rouleau granit.... il peux réparer pour 325$+tx.... UNE VRAI JOKE!!! J'ai eu 3 fissures en moins d'un an, la première lors de l'installation.. les 2 autres quelques mois plus tard... C'eST POUR CETTE RAISON, qu'il y a pas de garanti pour fissure..... Ce n'est pas normal que mon comptoir se fissure après 6 mois. Je l'entretiens avec les produits recommandés par Rouleau Granit et nous ne sommes pas à la maison durant la semaine. Donc, pas beaucoup de traffic dans la cuisine... C'est anormal. J'ai payé 3600$!
I got my counter via Cuisine action..... After the installation on October 10, the counter is cracked!!! counter NOT DURABLE and very SENSITIVE!!!
I contacted the Sales Manager at Rouleau Granite.... he can repair it for $325+tx.... A REAL JOKE!!! I had 3 cracks in less than a year, the first during installation.. the other 2 a few months later... IT IS FOR THIS REASON that there is no guarantee for cracks. .... It's not normal for my counter to crack after 6 months. I maintain it with the products recommended by Rouleau Granit and we are not at home during the week. So, not a lot of traffic in the kitchen... It's abnormal. I paid $3600!

Super service à la clientèle, des gens compétents pour les prises de mesures et pour l'installation des comptoirs. Respect des délais. Je suis vraiment satisfaite!
We did business with Rona for our kitchen project and Rouleau Granit are the contractors for the granite countertops. Great customer service, competent people for taking measurements and installing counters. Respect of deadlines. I am really satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst...always ask a sample of what they will be using because the coloration might differ a lot more than expected! I had a sample of a white cliff but when my countertop arrived, it wasn't near the sample I had! I also have a blue stain right in front of the sink but didn't do anything to correct any of this!
