★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a whim and saw people crabbing. Never crabbed before but watched what they were doing, went and bought a trap, came back and caught 3 dungeness crabs! Had an awesome time. Beautiful views of the ocean and the coast. Gave away our crab trap as we left. Excellent afternoon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the place. But the stair case is long and steep. Could use more lighting. My family and I like to go crab fishing there once in a while. Can catch kelp and Dungeness crab. There is always a few seals lingering, waiting for some chicken from crab traps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is such a nice place to come out and go for a stroll. The Pier is beautiful with great views and very accessible for all to use as one side of the walkway is ramped. We have had fun walking around the area as well as the pier has great crabbing. Would recommend stopping by to check it out when you are in Sooke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neat little hidden gem in Sooke. A bit of a walk down from the parking lot. An awesome pier and walk way has been setup which loops around to another park. One walkway looks to be very accessible. Would totally recommend for a little adventure. You cannot beat the views!
