★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend building with this company to anybody. I purchased a condo through this developer three years ago; they were a year behind schedule in the build (had multiple leans on the building), gave me options of colours to pick but went ahead and did what they wanted in my unit, never completed repairs in my unit it looks like apprentices did the entire thing.... The best part is the building has 68 units but 1 visitor parking stall for the entire place going against the original 10 stalls promised at the point of purchase. Local bylaws state they should have 1 visitor parking stall per 7 units... The closest parking is blocks away from the building. Needless to say I’m going to have an extremely hard time selling my place when I decide to move. So here is my warning they are NOT to be trusted.
