I have dealt with Rosseau Road since 2015, they are a family owned company with your experience in mind.

I purchased a brand new outboard from a big box store that carries the same brands. After arriving at the lake I found out it wouldn’t run. Desperate, I called Bill looking to buy another motor to salvage my vacation. Bill said bring it in and he’d get it going. (Costing him a motor sale) Bill and his staff helped me out and got me on the lake! I’ll be making the drive to Rosseau Road for all future repairs and purchases!

I had an ongoing issue with our ski boat starting. It was an extremely frustrating situation. After a short conversation with Bill he diagnosed the potential problem and reacted quickly to get it fixed and get us back waterskiing. Great diagnosis- excellent service.

So I've been asked to leave a comment, yes, ex-employee, I quit 2.5 days in with respect for the owners even after working in filth (store, bathroom and lunch room) was not okay with me, being given a huge list of things to organize while taking care of the store, answer the phone and be expected to finish this stuff no one has done in years. While also BABYSITTING their youngest while the mother sat upstairs and being asked to teach the child how to type on the computer while doing these other things. Having the owner tell me my boyfriend is an "idiot" who THEY wanted to work in the shop even knowing boats we're his specialty not ATVs and the owner ordering the wrong plow that was never actually going to fit. Neither of us could communicate with him as he just sat on his phone all day talking. Its very funny to see that I couldn't provide "basic" skills when I was told I wasn't allowed to quit, it's sad you feel you must lie. Then trying to hold our paychecks and put it off for as long as possible. Sorry it never worked out, we always gave respect when we shouldn't have. You have done nothing but slander as you are clearly embarrassed you can't keep employees. A review has nothing to do with my current job. Reviews are a common thing of the world and why customer service is so important. This was MY experience with Rosseau Road. After looking through other reviews you are publicly proving your lack of customer service or respect.

Called Bill about purchasing a new Zforce 500 after having a horrible experience with another dealer. Bill came to the table with no hesitation and had the unit in stock, he did a final prep on it and had it delivered to me the next day. Natasha his right hand was awesome and phone communication was outstanding. My only complaint is I didn't go to Rosseau Roads first! Great team work and service. Highly recommend Rosseau Roads. Bill, Jennifer, Courtney and team at Rosseau have been great. Purchased a 1999 skidoo as a first sled from a fellow in Barrie. Sadly, it needed lots of work. Bill and team responded promptly and got me up and running with some creative repairs. Bill's support and consultation was invaluable. He even made himself available after hours when we got the sled stuck. I highly recommend Bill and the Rosseau team for all your sledding and mechanical needs. Thanks.
